Service Pricing Disclaimer

All prices displayed on our website are indicative and subject to change based on:

  • The actual condition and complexity of the repair required
  • Brand and model of the appliance
  • Availability and cost of spare parts
  • Additional services requested during the repair

The final service charge will be communicated to you after our technician inspects your appliance.

Inspection & Final Quote Policy

Our service process includes:

  1. Initial booking based on issue description
  2. On-site inspection by our technician
  3. Detailed diagnosis and transparent quote
  4. Your approval before any repair work begins

An inspection fee of ₹99-₹199 may be applicable if you choose not to proceed with the repair. This fee is waived if you proceed with our recommended repair service.

Warranty Terms

180-Day Service Warranty applies to:

  • The specific repair work performed by our technicians
  • Labor charges for the same issue recurring within the warranty period

Warranty does NOT cover:

  • Physical damage or misuse of the appliance
  • Damage caused by voltage fluctuations or power surges
  • Issues unrelated to the original repair
  • Consumable parts (filters, belts, etc.)

Spare Parts Charges

Spare parts are charged separately from service/labor charges. We use:

  • Genuine OEM parts when available
  • High-quality compatible parts as alternatives

Spare parts come with their own manufacturer warranty (typically 3-6 months), separate from our service warranty.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel or reschedule your booking:

  • Free cancellation: Up to 2 hours before the scheduled appointment
  • Late cancellation: A nominal fee may apply for cancellations made after the technician has been dispatched

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us via WhatsApp or phone as soon as possible.

Our services are currently available in:

  • Gachibowli
  • Kondapur
  • Madhapur
  • Hitech City
  • Financial District
  • Surrounding areas within 10km radius

For locations outside our service area, additional travel charges may apply. Please confirm with our team before booking.

Payment Terms

Cash on Delivery (COD): Payment is collected only after the service is completed to your satisfaction.

We accept:

  • Cash
  • UPI payments (PhonePe, GPay, Paytm)
  • Bank transfers

A detailed invoice will be provided after service completion.
